I just wanted to let you know how wonderful Jorge has been this past week. The schedule re re-siding my house fell apart – they started several days before they were supposed to. Jorge was just great. I don’t know what this did to his work schedule, but he showed up today, 30 minutes after I spoke to him on the phone, to do the work of removing the flashings. This way the siders could remove all the siding without damaging the screened deck and the work is done in the order that it should be. Jorge also met with our Tamarack carpenter who is overseeing the work of the contractors and Chip has a good understanding of what is needed to happen re the screened deck. Jorge clearly went above and beyond expectations and I so appreciate that.
I thanked Jorge for his effort, but thought you should also know about this.
