Project Summary: The $6 million, 60,000 square foot addition to the Terrence M. Sullivan Health Science Center adds classroom, laboratory and office space for both STI and USDSU. The addition will provide greatly enhanced facilities for the health technology programs at STI and the nursing programs at USDSU.

Cost: $98.66/s.f.
Materials: Precast concrete and masonry exterior veneer, structural steel frame, porcelain tile wainscot and flooring in corridors, borrowed lights for views into and through spaces, and porcelain tile and stainless steel curving walls to organize common areas.
This addition to the growing Health Science program more than doubles the education area. A large commons area with skylight above was also included to provide study space and promote student interaction. Skylights are also above the entry vestibule and key circulation areas.
